Reba Jean Wisely Winston of Sheridan was born June 29, 1927 in Sheridan, Arkansas the daughter of the late Elmer and Laura Newell Wisely. She was a member of Lost Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan for 64 years where she played the piano for many years.
She graduated from Sheridan High School in 1946 with a perfect attendance from 1st grade through 12th grade. She was retired from Sheridan School District where she worked in food services.

Mrs. Winston died Tuesday, February 24, 2004 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 76. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Mahlon Winston, her sister, Willene Morgan and her brothers Thurman, Carl, Glen and Macil Wisely.

Survivors: Sons and Daughter in-laws: Jerry and Marie Winston, Jimmy and Cindy Winston, and Ricky Winston all of Sheridan.

Brothers: Carthel and Odis Wisely both of Sheridan

Four Grandsons: Shannon Winston of Conway, Casey Winston, Brennon and Colbey Winston all of Sheridan

Two Great grandchildren: Heidi Marie Winston and Zach Bloodworth of Conway

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, February 26, 2004 at Lost Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan with Reverend Kenneth Click and Reverend Doyle Caldwell officiating.
Burial will follow in Lost Creek Cemetery. Visitation: Wednesday 6-8 PM at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel at Sheridan.

Pallbearers: Shannon Winston, Casey Winston, Brennon Winston, Mark Wisely, Mike Wisely, Marvin Wisely. Honorary pallbearers: Colbey Winston and Larry Wisely.
