Rebecca Brixey Mercer of Casa, Arkansas was born March 31, 1937 in Casa, the daughter of
the late James Oscar and Hadie Jane Robinson Brixey. She died Saturday, April 2, 2005 at Baptist Medical Center at the age of 68.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Dale Brixey.

She had lived in Sheridan from 1972-1989 having retired to the farm in Casa. She was a Freewill Baptist and was especially proud of her 4 grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Funeral Services will be 3:00 P.M. Monday, April 4, 2005 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan with Bro. Al Michael officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery near Sheridan. Visitation: 3-5 PM Sunday at the funeral home. The family will be at the home of Carol and Bobby Cotton in Sheridan.
