Regina Marcell Matthews Scarbrough of Sheridan, Arkansas was born October 31, 1949 in Eaton, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Thomas and Doris Nunnally Matthews.

She enjoyed community theatre, traveling, and going to Tunica. The greatest joy in her life was spending time with her precious grandchildren.

Ms. Scarbrough passed away at her home on Wednesday, June 22, 2017 at the age of 67.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Scarbrough.

Survivors; sons, Matt and wife Kim Scarbrough of Sheridan, Tucker Scarbrough of Conway; brothers, Tony Matthews and Kent Matthews both of Lynn; sisters, Jerrie A. Clinton (Lanny) of Rosebud, Robin Martin (Marty) of Oakland, CA, Mica Vance (Larry) of Lynn, Kim Nunnally (Tony) of Lynn; 3 grandchildren, Zach, Dylan and Randi Scarbrough of Sheridan; 19 nieces and nephews; 13 great nieces and nephews and a close family friend, Larry Miller.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Wooster First Baptist Church, 68 Church Circle, Greenbrier, Arkansas. A time of fellowship will follow after the service at 2:30 PM also at the church.
