Rhett Anderson Fisher of Haskell Arkansas was born July 31, 1996 in Pine Bluff, the son of Scott Fisher and Leslei Hice Fisher. He was a graduate of Poyen High School and was employed by Entergy. He was a member of Poyen Missionary Baptist Church and was a former member of Bethany Missionary Baptist Church in Grapevine.
Rhett was a song writer, being in the Hometown Strangers Band. He enjoyed playing guitar, mud riding, guns and spending time with his daughters.
Rhett died at his home on April 9, 2025 at the age of 28.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ron Fisher, uncle Carl Morris and nephew, William Holtz.
Survivors: daughters, Addison Grace Fisher and Audrey Rhea "Rhea Rhea" Fisher of Haskell; brothers, Roy Holtz (Ashley) of Greenwood, Aaron Holtz (Kaila) of Greenwood, John Watson of Sheridan, Austin Johnson of Bigelow; sister, Laken Jackson (Cody) of Sheridan; grandfather, Billy Hice of Morrilton; grandmother and grandfather, Donna Fisher Hughes and Richard Hughes of Sheridan; mother of his children, Joie Kirkpatrick of Haskell and a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, band members and friends.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Bradley McCool officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Davis Cemetery in Grapevine.
Pallbearers are Roy Holtz, Cody Jackson, John Watson, Roger Warrick, Jerry Mauldin, Austin Johnson. Honorary pallbearers are Hometown Strangers Band members and his coworkers of the Entergy Team.
