Richard Dean "Ricky" Meyer of Sheridan, Arkansas was born May 15, 1967, in San Pablo, California, the son of Patricia Ann Adams Meyer and the late Kenneth Theon Meyer. He was a self-employed construction worker. He enjoyed his work, fishing and going to the ocean.

Ricky died Friday, at his home at the age of 49.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors: mother, Patricia Meyer of Sheridan; sons, Robbie Meyer of California, Brandon Meyer and Bryan Meyer both of Searcy; daughter, Angela Meyer of California; brother, Kenneth T. Meyer, II and sister, Kim McDougal of Arkansas.

There will be no services.
