Robert Coleman Beckwith of Pine Bluff, Arkansas was born December 16, 1937 in Pope Mississippi, the son of the late Randolph F. And Alice C. Blount Beckwith. He served in the US Army and he was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish.

Mr. Beckwith died January 22, 2012 at the VA Hospital in Little Rock at the age of 74.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Raither Beckwith, a brother, Larry Beckwith and a sister, Janie Glynn.

Survivors: Wife, Bonnie Cox Beckwith of Pine Bluff;
Daughters, Robin Stapleton and Lillian Gage both of Tennessee;
Brothers, Aubrey Beckwith of Sheridan; James Beckwith of Vanclave, Mississippi; Joe Beckwith of Sheridan;
Sister, Katherine Himes of California;
3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, January 26, 2012 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Copeland officiating.The service will dismiss at the chapel. Burial will be in Center Campground Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Clint Beckwith, Johnny Beckwith, Daniel Beckwith, Jerry Davis, Randy Curry and Daniel Callas, Jr.
