Robert Wayne "Bull" Dorough of Sheridan, Arkansas was born January 20, 1946 at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the son of the late Emmett and Lucy Smith Dorough. He was a member of Hedden Chapel Assembly of God Church, proudly served in the United States Navy in Vietnam in 1968, and was retired from both Southwestern Bell Telephone Company and McFarland Eye Center. Robert enjoyed fishing and hunting, and was a member of Ross & Bradford Hunting Club. He also belonged to Mid South Car Club, and had been a member of the Elks Lodge in Hot Springs. He enjoyed working in his garden and spending time outdoors, but he genuinely loved every second spent cooking out, and making memories with his family and friends (who he considered family).

Mr. Dorough died Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, at the age of 73. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Beth Dorough Hunter, and his sister, Barbara Ann Williams.

Survivors include his wife, Kim Lepard Dorough, daughter and son-in-law, Jackie and Matt Cotton, and grandson Ross Cotton, all of Sheridan.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan, with Bro. Tom Young officiating. Burial will follow in Hedden Chapel Cemetery. Visitation is Friday, 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers: Carlton Lites, Jeff Hedden, Rocky Kimbrell, Bubba Bradford, Steve Cook, Aaron Graves.

Honorary Pallbearers: Ronnie Ricker, Keith Ramick, Gary Hedden, Jimmy Lepard, Jr., Harold Rowe.
