Ronnie Thomason, 62, of Sheridan, Arkansas formerly of Hampton, Arkansas was born February 26, 1948 in Hampton, the son of Georgia Steelman Thomason and the late K.O. Thomason. He was the owner and operator of Thomason Roofing Company for over 40 years. He was of the Baptist faith, a graduate of Hampton High School and a member of Hampton Hunting Club.

Ronnie passed away from a heart attack on Sunday, November 28, 2010 in Calhoun County while doing what he loved the most, hunting. He had a passion for the outdoors, whether it was hunting, fishing or just riding on the deer lease. He was a kind man who will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Thomason.

Step-Daughter, Janna Koon and husband, Keith of Sheridan;
Mother, Georgia S. Thomason of Anniston, Alabama;
Brother, Howard Thomason of Boaz, Alabama;
Sister, Phyllis Thomason Coleman of Anniston, Alabama;
Grandchildren, Christian Thomason, Dylan Thomason, Asia Thomason, Calel Thomason and Kati Jones and a large host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Mike Nutt officiating. A celebration of his life will be held at Hampton Hunting Club on Saturday, December 4, 2010 from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made in his name to the charity of your choice.
