Rose Marie Hollinger Dunn of Prattsville, Arkansas was born May 7, 1943 in Prattsville, the daughter of the late Dennis W. and Rose Lee Caple Hollinger. She was a member of Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville and a graduate of Prattsville High School, having been a talented basketball player. She retired from Arkla Gas Meter Plant in 1991. She enjoyed camping, cooking and spending time with her family.

Ms. Dunn died Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab at the age of 77.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lesley Dunn who died August 5, 2019 and a sister-in-law, Joyce Hollinger.

Survivors: sons, Darren and wife Kathy Dunn of North Little Rock, Kevin and wife Heather Dunn of Prattsville; brother, Max Hollinger of Prattsville; sister, Theresa and husband Ronald Holiman of Prattsville; grandson, Hayden Dunn; step grandchildren, Kristy (Chris) Scrithfield and Matthew Fortenberry; 2 step great grandchildren, Willow and Ash and a host of nieces, nephews, church family and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 13, 2020 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Jacob Cemetery near Sheridan. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:00 until service time.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jacob Cemetery, 203 Grant 481, Prattsville, Arkansas 72129.

Pallbearers are Neal Hollinger, Barry Hollinger, Andy Hollinger, Jason Holiman, Tony Gatlin and Eric Gatlin.

Due to Covid 19, masks must be worn and social distancing will be required.
