Rosemary Stanley Parmer of Grapevine, Arkansas passed from this life at the age of 81 on August 2, 2020 at her home. She was born February 27, 1939 in Russellville, Arkansas to the late Jerome Samuel Stanley and Wanda Inez Henderson Stanley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Ottis Parmer, son-in-law, T.J. Hunphreys, Jr. and a grandson, Justin M. Humphreys.

Ms. Parmer was a Baptist who worked as a secretary for T & N Electric for 36 years, known for always thinking of others before herself.

Survivors: daughters, Mary Ann Humphreys and Kay Parmer; son, Jimmy Langrell; 1 grandson, Thomas Jeremy Humphreys; 5 great grandchildren, Gabriel Humphreys, Conner Humphreys, Grace Humphreys, Justin Humphreys and Levi Humphreys; 6 sisters, Beverly Threlkeld, Brenda Roberts, Sharon Wyatt, Nancy Defoor, Ruth Clark, Becky Everette and several nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 7, 2020 at Grapevine Cemetery with Bro. Gabriel Humphreys and Bro. Jeremy Humphreys officiating. Visitation will be Thursday at the funeral home from 2:00-4:00 P.M.
