Ruby Nell Goad Pittman of Maumelle, Arkansas formerly of Sheridan, Arkansas was born February 2, 1926 in Dyer, Tennessee, the daughter of the late T.M. and Ora Marcum Goad. She was an active member of Immanuel Baptist church in Sheridan where she eagerly volunteered at the church's food bank. She enjoyed square dancing, gardening, canning, watching hummngbirds and spending time with her family. She had worked for many years at Ms. Betty's Daycare and had been the manager for Memphis State University Food Service Program.

Mrs. Pittman died Friday, March 6, 2020 at Hospice Home Care at the age of 94.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1 ^st husband, Charles Shelton and her siblings.

Survivors: husband, William "Bill" Pittman of Maumelle; sons, Mike Shelton of Houston, Texas; Steve (Lynn) Pittman of Vonore, TN, Keith (Sonya) Pittman of Cordova, TN; daughters, Pat (Jim) Jez of Sherwood, Teresa (Keith) Brown of Benton, Pam Allen of Jacksonville; 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren and a host of extended family members, church family and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Immanuel Baptist Church in Sheridan with Bro. Gary Copeland officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 until service time.

Pallbearers are Ricky Jez, Nick Jez, Jimmy Jez, T.J. Hendricks, Ross Brown, Rob Brown and Russell Brown.
