Russell Bisbee of East End, Arkansas was born July 12, 1946 in Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of the late Seth Carroll Bisbee, Sr. and Mildred Smith Bisbee. He had served in the United States Navy from 1965-1969. He was a retired mail carrier for the United States Postal Service, having walked 13 miles a day delivering mail in North Little Rock.

Mr. Bisbee died Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Barrow Creek Nursing Home in Little Rock, at the age of 73.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Toni Bisbee, granddaughter, Jenna Grace Bisbee, brothers, Dan Bisbee and Carroll Bisbee and a sister, Gloria Lawrence.

Survivors: sons, Pat (Chantelle) Bisbee of East End, Brian (Carrie) Bisbee of France, Matthew Bisbee of East End; daughter, Brittany (Jerrell) Bisbee Green of North Little Rock; brother, Larry (Mary) Bisbee of East End; sister-in-law, Ruth Bisbee of Benton; grandchildren, Kylie, Drew, Leah, Nolan, Simon and nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at McPherson Cemetery in Mabelvale.
