Obituary
Sammie Ray Cotton of Sheridan, Arkansas was born June 10, 1942 at Sheridan, the son of the late Jordan and Jessie Berry Cotton. He attended Junet Pentecostal Church and was a United States Army Veteran having served in Vietnam.
Mr. Cotton died Sunday, September 16, 2007 at his home in Hot Springs at the age of 65. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Earnest Andrew Cotton.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah Vokey Cotton of the home; Sons, Joseph Cotton of Hot Springs and Billy Hendrix of Benton; Daughter-in-law, Amanda Cotton of Hot Springs; Brothers, Howard Cotton and James "Bo" Cotton both of Sheridan and 3 Grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at Jones Cemetery near Redfield with Bro. Al Michael, Jr. officiating. Visitation: Tuesday, 6-8 P.M. at the funeral Home.
