Sandra Kay Fletcher Bethea Brown of Sheridan, Arkansas was born December 22, 1946, in Sherman, Texas, the daughter of the late Eugene Fletcher and Ruth O. Holcomb Fletcher Mahnick. She was a member of Second Baptist Church in Jacksonville but attended church at Crown Point Assisted Living in Sheridan. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, working crossword puzzles, and caring for her loved ones. She was also an artist.

Ms. Brown died Friday, June 9, 2017 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock at the age of 71.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jessie R. Brown.

Survivors: son, Michael Wayne Bethea and wife Kelly of Sheridan; daughter, Lisa Archer and husband Jimmy of Lonoke; 3 grandchildren, Rikki Bethea, Zachary Bethea, Emily Archer; 4 step children; 16 step grandchildren; 27 step great grandchildren and 2 great great step grandchildren and a host of friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan with Bro. Jim Bradshaw officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:00 until service time.
