Sandra Simms Burr of White Hall, Arkansas was born August 6, 1953 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Gerald Kenneth Simms and Odell Gladys Simms Hawkins. She was a member of New Harvest Church of God. She enjoyed fishing and bird watching, especially hummingbirds.

Mrs. Burr died at her home on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at the age of 65.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Gerald Ray Adamson.

Survivors: husband, Ron Burr of White Hall; son, James Edward Adamson of England; step-sons, James, Jeremy, Joseph, Camron and Randy; daughter, Brenda Evans of Texas; step-daughters, Glenda, Tina and Angie; step-father, Pat Hawkins; sister, Belinda Diane Allred of Rison; and numerous step grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor A.R. Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Hardin Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:00 A.M. until service time.

Pallbearers are Lacy Cothran, Briar Cothran, Josh Reynolds, Jaxson Rasor, Dustin Rice, and Bobo Avelar. Honorary pallbearers is Gene Adamson.
