Sandra Louise Joiner Fraley of Sheridan, Arkansas was born Sunday October 20, 1946 in Blytheville, Arkansas. Sandy passed away on Monday December 29, 2025 at the age of 79 at St Vincent Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents Sam and Annie Joiner, her brother Alan Joiner, her sister Patricia Joiner Harris and her nephew Greg Joiner.

Sandy was an undergraduate from Ole Miss University and received her master's degree from the University of Tennessee in Social Work.

Sandy is survived by her sister, Cynthia Joiner Craig, her sister-in-law Glenda Franklin Joiner her three daughters: Paula (Mark) Smithson of Hot Springs Village, Lorie (Tony) Ring of Heber Springs and Suzy (David) Holland of Grapevine and one son Jeff Fraley of Sheridan. Grandchildren: Connor (Kelly) Smithson, Markie (Ryan) Williams, Mark (Alisha) Smithson, Michael (Shay) Smithson, Cody (Stephanie) Fraley, Kyle (Anastasia) Fraley, Allie Fraley, Lyndie Fraley, Brandy (Tyler) Crittenden, Terry (Brittany) Ring, Toni Ring, Cameron Holland, Shelby (Colton) Sloan and Jeri Holland. Great grandchildren: Luke, Grant, Tristan, Hannah, Keeley, Eli, George, Mishaya and Will Smithson, Lawson, Reece and Myles Williams, Chandler, Drake and Remi Ring, Piper Crittenden, Tatum and Whitley Holland, Oliver, Ansley and Walker Sloan, Carter, Lena and Lucas Fraley.

Sandy is also survived by nieces, Donna Perry and Julie Dorris, nephew Rodney Joiner and many more loved family members.

Sandy touched so many lives through her work with Arkansas Hospice and will be truly missed by family and friends.

The family will have a private service and request that no flowers be sent. Memorials may be made to Memorial Gardens Funeral Home or your favorite charity.
