Sandra Kay Harrington Green of Sheridan, Arkansas was born July 27, 1948 in Sheridan, Arkansas, the daughter of the late James Edgar and Mildred Rainbolt Harrington. She was a retired cosmetologist, a member of the Red Hats and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. She enjoyed painting, teaching painting, cooking, fishing, camping, playing games on the computer and spoiling her grandchildren.

Mrs. Green died Friday, February 2, 2018 at her home at the age of 69.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Harrington and Billy Wayne Harrington.

Survivors: husband M.J. Green, Jr. of Sheridan; son, Marty and wife Lynn Green of Poyen; daughter, Kay and husband Leslie Tannahill of Sheridan; brothers, Roy and wife Audrey Harrington of Sheridan, Larry Harrington, Mike Harrington, Butch and wife Sheila Harrington of Sheridan; sisters, Pat and husband Harley Paty of Sheridan, Jenni and husband Drew Young of Sheridan; grandchildren, Amanda Green, Emily Davidson, Shelby Green, Lauren Tannahill, Lynsey Thornberry (husband Rustin) ,Sara Tannahill; step-grandchildren, Michael Cullins, Mitchell and wife Tori Cullins; great grandchildren, Brayden Davidson, Zoey Schweitzer, McKenna Ward, Great-Grandaughter Haeley Thornberry, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Marvin Chapel Cemetery in the Ico Community. Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. prior to the service.
