Shirley Chadwell Emberton of Sheridan, Arkansas was born November 19, 1944 in Dexter, Missouri, the daughter of the late Susie Moore Sprinkle. She was self employed for many years having owned and operated Mom and Pop's Store and Midget Market in Sheridan. She loved to dance, grow plants, feed the hummingbirds and love on her grandchildren.
Mrs. Emberton died Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock at the age of 67.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Phillips.

Son, David Phillips of Sheridan;
Daughter, Karen Banks and husband Scott of Austin, AR;
Daughter-in-law, Sheila Phillips of Sheridan;
Step-son, Tony Emberton of Chesapeake, Virginia;
Step-daughter, Stacy Fausett of Branson, Missouri;
Mother-in-law, Thelma Emberton of Sheridan;
11 grandchildren, Chelsea Cash, Dwight Wilson, Ashleigh Phillips, Taylor Phillips, Hunter Phillips, Lauren Phillips, Christopher Phillips, Dakota Phillips, Andrew Smith, Jacob Emberton and Emily Emberton.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, April 20, 2012 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. A time of visitation will be after the service at the funeral home.
