Shirley Heird Lisenbey of Poyen, Arkansas was born July 3, 1946 in Sheridan, Arkansas, the daughter of Emanuel D. and Leona (Pete) Roberts Heird. She enjoyed traveling, coloring, hunting and anything Elvis. Most days you could find Shirley on the bank of the Saline River fishing. She was also well known for making biscuits at Hardees for over 15 years.

Shirley died at her favorite place on the bank of the Saline River in Poyen on Monday, August 10, 2020 at the age of 74.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred V. Lisenbey.

Survivors; sons, Jerry (Jeana) Johnson of Washington State; Chris Lisenbey of Poyen; daughters, Joann Gifford of Sheridan, Deborah (David)Dodd of Glen Rose, Renee(Rodney) Benning of Prattsville, Rebecca Lisenbey of Poyen; 16 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and a host of friends.

A time of visitation will be Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 10:00-12:00 at the funeral home.

Due to Covid 19, masks must be worn and social distancing is required.
