Stacy Stephen Woodall of Sheridan, Arkansas was born, September 22, 1955, at Vicksburg, Mississippi, the son of the late William James "Bill" Woodall, Sr.and Bessie Greer Woodall. He was a member of First Landmark Baptist Church at Sheridan, and was retired from Arkla Gas Co. meter repair plant. Stacy enjoyed fishing and watching baseball, a game he played during his earlier years. He like to play cards and he also wrote and played music. Stacy loved spending time with his family and friends.
Mr. Woodall died Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at Sheridan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Sheridan at the age of 55. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, William James "Woody" Woodall, Jr. and a sister, Lynda Sue Gregory.
Survivors include his son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter, Zachary, Samantha, and Natalie Woodall; brothers, Eddie Paul and wife Tammy Woodall, Tim and wife Laura Woodall, all of Sheridan and Randy Woodall of Prattsville; brother-in-law, Grady Gregory of Decatur, Mississippi; sister-in-law, Patricia Woodall of Prattsville. He was also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 12, 2011 at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Scott Engle officiating. There will be a time of visitation, from 10:00 A.M. until service time.
