Stanley Allen Cotton of Maumelle, Arkansas was born November 19, 1953 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the son of J.W. Cotton and the late Mary Horton Cotton. He was a member of St. Michaels Episcopal Church in Little Rock and a retired educator. He enjoyed reading, watching sports, especially football, and talking politics.

Mr. Cotton died at his home on Monday, December 14, 2020 at the age of 67.

He was preceded in death by his mother., Mary Horton Cotton.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Margaret of Maumelle; daughter, Mary Katherine Cotton of Conway; father and step-mother, J.W. and Linda Cotton of Sheridan; brother, Ricky Cotton of Jonesboro; sisters, Lynn (John) Blancett of Jonesboro, Jeannie (Roger) Dunigan of Jonesboro, Amanda (Lance) Anderson of Paragould and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 18, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 until service time.
