Stephen Neal "Steve" Easterday II, of the Ico Community, near Sheridan, Arkansas, was born March 18, 1966 at Wooster, Ohio, the son of Mary Ann Martin Easterday Monday, and the late Stephen Easterday, Sr. He enjoyed working on cars, and before his illness, had worked at American Shifty. He even took his skill to the I-30 Race Ray and built rear ends for race cars. Steve loved playing his guitar and spent lots of time outdoors, and enjoyed camping. His greatest love was his family, and especially being a "Paw-Paw".

Steve died Thursday, March 1, 2018 at Cornerstone Hospice in Little Rock, at the age of 51. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Monty Easterday, and his maternal grandparents, Raymond and Hazel Martin.

Survivors include his sons, Dylan Easterday (Linda "Moe") of Sheridan, Stephen Easterday III of Vilonia; daughter, Stacie Desbrow (Tyler) of North Little Rock; mother and step-father, Ann and Robert Monday of Ico Community; brothers, Bradley Monday, Dustin "Dusty" (Sara) Monday, both of East End, Matt Easterday, Scott Ricer of Ohio; sister, Kim Easterday of Ohio; grandchildren, Dakota Easterday, Juley Easterday, Angel Easterday, Kody Beck. He is also survived by a host of other family members and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Jonathan McIntire and Bro. Ricky Tipton officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in the Ico Community. Visitation is also Sunday, from 1:00-2:00 P.M.
