Sybil Ione Johnson Nutt of Sheridan, Arkansas was born May 13, 1926 in Magnolia, Arkansas the daughter of the late Nathan Merit and Mary Elizabeth Chetham Johnson. She was of the Baptist faith and in earlier years she enjoyed flower gardening.

Mrs. Nutt died Monday, June 7, 2010 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 84 .

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Nutt and five sisters.

Ronnie Nutt and wife Phyllis of Sheridan;
Daughters, Carole Roberts and husband Ray of Mayflower;
Elizabeth McIntyre of Sheridan;
Patricia Bird and husband Ted of Las Vegas, Nevada;

8 Grandchildren; 17 Great grandchildren; 5 Great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, June 10, 2010 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Larry Campbell and Bro. Vance Nutt officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation: Wednesday, 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. At the funeral home. Pallbearers are Tony Ritchey, Tim Ritchey, Bryan Nutt, Hollis Nutt, Josh Ritchey and Scott Morgan.
