T heodore Edward "Ted" Walker of Sheridan, Arkansas was born April 14, 1948 in Little Rock, the son of the late Lester Franklin Walker and Paulina Marea Deuerling Walker. He retired from the tire business and enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars, going to the lake and always helping people.

Ted died at his home on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at the age of 77.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Walker.

Survivors: wife of 33 years, Denise Priddy Walker of Sheridan; sons, Chris Walker (Regina) of Sheridan, Ted Walker, Jr. of Gravel Ridge, Cody Walker of Redfield, Evan Richards of Alexander; daughters, Tammy Hunn of Missouri, Susie Walker of Little Rock; bonus daughter, Amanda Griffith of Bauxite; 6 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter and a host of friends.

Visitation will be Monday, July 21, 2025 from 4:00-6:00 P.M. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan.
