T eresa Ann Mitchell Riggs of Leola, Arkansas was born July 18, 1958, in Shattuck, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late Janette Marshall Mitchell and Jess Mitchell. She was of the Pentecostal faith and a homemaker. She enjoyed watching TV, Shopping and going to the movies.

Teresa died February 26, 2025, at her home at the age of 67.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Janette Marshall Mitchell.

Survivors: husband, Craig Riggs of Leola; sons, Bobby Mitchell of Paragould, Carlin Riggs of Sheridan; daughter, Jessica Riggs of Alexander; father, Jess Mitchell; brother, Kyle D. Mitchell of Hennessey, OK; sister, Sherri D. Mitchell of Hennessey, OK; 5 grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, March 7, 2025, at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home from 1:00-2:00 PM.
