Obituary

Theresa Jean Hollinger Holiman of Prattsville, Arkansas was born July 23, 1941 in Prattsville, the daughter of the late Dennis W. and Rose Lee Hollinger. She was a member of Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining her grandchildren, babysitting, and feeding the birds. Being a "Granny" was  the light of her life.

Ms. Holiman passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab at the age of 82.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Cole Holiman; infant sister, Belva Ann Hollinger; sister, Rose Marie Dunn.

Survivors: son, Jason Holiman (Angie) of Prattsville; daughters, Rhonda (Doney) Blackerby of Rison; Valerie (Ron)Hurst of Prattsville; brother, Max Hollinger of Prattsville; long time caregiver and friend, Marilyn Sites of Sheridan; grandchildren, Katie Stone (Josh), Kerri Rambin (Logan), Dennis Blackerby (Brittney), Cory Hurst (Jill), Camron Hurst (Shanna), Anna Talley (Logan), Callie Holiman, John Holiman, Natalie Buie, Donnie Harp (Julia); great grandchildren, Marshall, Cora, Millie Rambin, Caleb , Theresa Kay , Jude , Abel Stone, Nellie and Nash Blackerby, Emily , Allison , Camden , Wriley , Cole Hurst.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M.  Friday, May 24, 2024 at Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville with Bro. Neal Hollinger and Bro. Don Goodman officiating. Burial will follow in Philadelphia Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Kevin Dunn, Scott Hollinger, Barry Hollinger, Doug Hollinger, Wade Hollinger, Jeff Goodman, Andy Hollinger and Jeremy Threlkeld. Honorary pallbearers are Paul Hollinger, Robert Earl Mooney and Randy Mooney.
