Timothy Joel "Tim" McGhee of Sheridan, Arkansas was born September 23, 1952 in Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of the late Sylvia June Finch McCall. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Sheridan. He was an excellent provider for his family that he loved dearly. He enjoyed singing, and watching his wife ride horses. He was also the owner and operations manager for McGhee Transport.

Mr. McGhee died Monday, August 26, 2019 at his home at the age of 66.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Dell McGhee and a sister, Diane Burgess.

Survivors: wife, Andrea Perreault McGhee of Sheridan; son, Shane (Tina) McGhee of Quitman, step-son, Charlie Morris III (Michaelean) of Port Orange, Florida; daughter, Frances McGhee of Sheridan; brother, Jon (Stacy) of Edmond, Oklahoma; sister, Millie Craddick of Edmond, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren, Kaytlin Morris, Brady (Kari) Epperson, Lyndsie (Cody) Campbell, Mallory Jess (Chandler) Morris, Trey (Paige) McGhee, Brock Morris and Gus McGhee; 1 great grandchild, Ember Epperson and one on the way. He is also survived by his step-mother, Jean McGhee; step-sisters, Sandra Bates, Joy Shirron and Davalyn Harris all of Sheridan and many nieces, nephews extended family members and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Wesley Watts officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Sheridan. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Brady Epperson, Trey McGhee, Brock Morris, Cody Campbell, Chandler Dexter and Brett Epperson. Honorary pallbearer is Gus McGhee.
