Tommy Eugene Emberton of Sheridan, Arkansas was born March 28, 1955 in England, Arkansas the son of Thelma (Pat) Faulkner Emberton and the late Glen Emberton. He was a member of Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church and the Paralyzed Veterans Association. He was also a Veteran of the U. S. Army.

Tommy walked into his heavenly home on Monday, December 21, 2009 at St. Vincent's Infirmary Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 54.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a niece, Lisa Cotton.

Brothers, Jerry Emberton; Clayton Emberton; Randy and wife Missy Emberton;
Sister, Sandra and husband Jerry Cotton all of Sheridan;
3 Grandchildren; Scotty Emberton, Jr., Chandler Emberton and Rani Emberton;
Caregiver, Karen Ballard as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Sandra Cotton, Bro. Robert Ewing and Bro. Michael Walton officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery. Visitation: 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Noble, Nolan, and Noah Emberton, Jerry Don and Dylan Hollingshead, Cody Raber, Richie, Jake, and Justin Cotton and Tony Emberton.
