Vida Joyce Anderson Ramsey of Benton, Arkansas was born August 10, 1941 in Luber, the daughter of the late Willis Vernard and Opal Irene Broyles Anderson. She was a member of Church of Christ, was a retired banker and enjoyed listening to music and gardening

Ms. Ramsey died December 18, 2022 at Alcoa Pines Nursing Home in Benton at the age of 81.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Rayburn Ramsey and a grandson, Beau Ramsey.

Survivors, sons, Jerry Wayne (Karen) Ramsey of Benton, Scott Dean (Leigh) Ramsey of Greenwood; daughter, Sheila (Dewayne) Shellnut of Redfield; brother, Vernon Anderson of Luber; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, December 21,2022 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Easley officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel North Cemetery in the Ico Community. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:00 AM until service time.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Orion Missionary Baptist Church or the charity of your choice.

Pallbearers are Jerry Ramsey, Scott Ramsey, Brad Ramsey, Dustin Ramsey, Daniel Ramsey and Austin Davis.
