Wenona Faye Fox Medlock of Sheridan, Arkansas was born October 17, 1946 at Hugo, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late J.B. and Jaunita Drinkard Fox. She was a Christian and was very involved in Church at a young age. She was a retired nurse, and had formerly volunteered for Americorp, through the Area Agency on Aging. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, recipes and all types of flowers.

Mrs. Medlock died Monday, December 27, 2010 at U.A.M.S. in Little Rock at the age of 64.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Harold E. Medlock, Sr. of the home; Sons, Nick Medlock and Carroll Medlock, both of Little Rock; Daughters, Trudy Ellen Slusser and husband Jerry of South Dakota, Tina Marie Bass of Mayflower, Lucy Sparks and husband Mark of Prattsville, Joy Denise Ross and husband Wayne of Prattsville and Beverly Medlock of Hot Springs; 6 step-children; Brother, Howard Nathan Fox of Bull Shoals; Sisters, Jecine Woodall of Kansas, Mary Unger of Tennessee and Martha Harrison of Leslie, Arkansas; 35 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 P.M., Thursday, at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Nathan Fox officiating. Visitation will also be Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. until service time.

Memorials may be made to The Salvation Army, St. Judes Hospital, The American Diabetes Association, The American Heart Association, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
